Simple care

Surface protection
Avoid window sprays, alcohol, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.
Handling
Carry your piece with control, support it from the sides and avoid touching the image surface directly.
Lasting clarity
Keep sharp objects, rough fabrics and paper towels away from the acrylic glass surface.
Care routine
Remove light dust regularly with a dry, soft microfibre cloth.
Wipe slowly and evenly. Strong pressure can make fine surface marks more likely.
Choose a calm, stable setting and avoid contact with hard or rough materials.
Material guidance
The guidance below applies to the visible acrylic glass surface and helps preserve the clarity, depth and presence of your piece.
For glossy and matte acrylic glass surfaces, the same core rule applies: dry, soft and without pressure. Matte surfaces feel calmer, but should be handled just as carefully.
The visible front is acrylic glass. Clean only the acrylic surface, not the paper itself. Never open, loosen or separate the mounted layers yourself.
Small formats and freestanding pieces are best handled by the edges or the display stand. Place them on a stable, clean surface and avoid friction on the image side.
Dust frames, backs and hanging parts carefully with a dry cloth. Before rehanging, make sure the wall and fixing point are suitable and secure.
Please avoid
Acrylic glass looks clear and refined, but it remains a sensitive surface. These points keep everyday care simple and safe.
Glass cleaner, window sprays and alcohol
Abrasive cleaners, rough sponges and paper towels
Strong pressure, rubbing and circular polishing
Sharp objects directly near the image surface
Atelier note
If marks, traces or transport impressions do not disappear with gentle dry dusting, please contact us before using any cleaning product. This helps prevent a small mark from becoming permanent surface damage.
Placement
Place your piece in a dry indoor setting and avoid areas where it is frequently touched, knocked or exposed to moisture, grease or cleaning mist.
Service
If you are unsure about care, hanging, transport or a visible mark, send us a short note with photos. We will review it carefully.
