Simple care. Lasting clarity.

Care Instructions

Simple care

Dust dry

Use a soft, lint-free microfibre cloth and glide gently over the surface without pressure.

Surface protection

No glass cleaner

Avoid window sprays, alcohol, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.

Handling

Use both hands

Carry your piece with control, support it from the sides and avoid touching the image surface directly.

Lasting clarity

Treat gently

Keep sharp objects, rough fabrics and paper towels away from the acrylic glass surface.

Care routine

01

Remove dust

Remove light dust regularly with a dry, soft microfibre cloth.

02

Avoid pressure

Wipe slowly and evenly. Strong pressure can make fine surface marks more likely.

03

Place safely

Choose a calm, stable setting and avoid contact with hard or rough materials.

Material guidance

Care by product type.

The guidance below applies to the visible acrylic glass surface and helps preserve the clarity, depth and presence of your piece.

Photo print behind acrylic glass

For glossy and matte acrylic glass surfaces, the same core rule applies: dry, soft and without pressure. Matte surfaces feel calmer, but should be handled just as carefully.

Fine Art pigment print behind acrylic glass

The visible front is acrylic glass. Clean only the acrylic surface, not the paper itself. Never open, loosen or separate the mounted layers yourself.

Mini Collage and Acrylic Glass Stand

Small formats and freestanding pieces are best handled by the edges or the display stand. Place them on a stable, clean surface and avoid friction on the image side.

Aluminium edging and back side

Dust frames, backs and hanging parts carefully with a dry cloth. Before rehanging, make sure the wall and fixing point are suitable and secure.

Please avoid

What can harm the surface.

Acrylic glass looks clear and refined, but it remains a sensitive surface. These points keep everyday care simple and safe.

01

Glass cleaner, window sprays and alcohol

02

Abrasive cleaners, rough sponges and paper towels

03

Strong pressure, rubbing and circular polishing

04

Sharp objects directly near the image surface

Atelier note

If in doubt, do not clean further

If marks, traces or transport impressions do not disappear with gentle dry dusting, please contact us before using any cleaning product. This helps prevent a small mark from becoming permanent surface damage.

Placement

Made for lived-in interiors

Place your piece in a dry indoor setting and avoid areas where it is frequently touched, knocked or exposed to moisture, grease or cleaning mist.

Service

We help before the next step

If you are unsure about care, hanging, transport or a visible mark, send us a short note with photos. We will review it carefully.

Quick answers

Can I use glass cleaner?

No. Please do not use glass cleaners, window sprays, alcohol-based solutions or harsh cleaning agents on acrylic glass.

Which cloth should I use?

Use a soft, lint-free and dry microfibre cloth. Paper towels, rough fabrics or sponges can leave fine marks.

How should I remove fingerprints?

Start very gently with a dry microfibre cloth. If the fingerprint remains, contact us before using moisture or cleaning products.

Does this also apply to matte finishes?

Yes. Matte and glossy acrylic glass surfaces should both be cared for dry, softly and without pressure.

How should I handle large formats?

Always carry large pieces with both hands, support them from the sides and avoid touching the image surface directly. For very large formats, a second person is recommended.

What should I do if something looks damaged?

Please take clear photos and contact us before cleaning or polishing the piece yourself. We will review the case and recommend the right next step.
