General
Wedding in Art. is the only fine art atelier worldwide dedicated exclusively to transforming wedding moments into museum-quality masterpieces made from acrylic glass.
We work exclusively in the luxury sector and combine handcrafted finishing, UltraHD exposure or fine art pigment printing, and seamless acrylic glass mounting to achieve exceptional image depth and longevity.
In collaboration with a globally leading photo atelier, we share a clear philosophy: preserving the most meaningful day of your life with a level of craftsmanship and emotional clarity that can hardly be found elsewhere.
Every Wedding in Art. artwork goes through a highly precise hybrid creation process. Your image is first reviewed, selected and curated by our team.
It is then processed with modern software, including UltraHD and SuperResolution algorithms, before being exposed or printed through the precision systems of our production laboratory and mounted beneath flawless acrylic glass.
Although no manual retouching takes place in the laboratory itself, each step, from artistic selection to final finishing, is carried out with the highest care, technical precision and emotional intention.
This production standard is unique within the luxury wedding sector and combines human curation with technical perfection.
At Wedding in Art., every piece is created exclusively from refined, gallery-grade materials.
Depending on the selected product and configuration, your image is produced on high-quality Fuji Crystal DP II photo paper or on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper, and is then permanently sealed beneath ultra-clear, UV-protective acrylic glass.
The reverse side consists of a stable 3 mm aluminium Dibond backing with a polyethylene core between two aluminium layers, providing high stability, precise flatness and exceptional durability.
The result is a luminous, floating image presence with brilliant colour depth, crisp detail and museum-level permanence.
Yes. Every Wedding in Art. piece is produced according to the highest standards of professional presentation, using only archival materials: acid-free papers, long-lasting pigments or UltraHD exposure, and UV-protective acrylic glass.
Our production is created in exclusive collaboration with a globally leading photo atelier, internationally known for museum-quality processes, while remaining fully aligned with the emotional, visual and narrative requirements of wedding art.
This specialised focus makes Wedding in Art. a refined destination for couples seeking collectible heirlooms with curatorial depth.
For additional confirmation, each artwork includes a certificate of authenticity, which is sent together with the shipping confirmation.
Yes. Every Wedding in Art. artwork is individually made to order, based exclusively on the file you provide and the exact configuration you select.
There is no pre-production, no warehouse stock and no standardised template. Every order goes through a precise production process tailored to your chosen format, so you receive an unmistakable unique piece, rooted in your memory and completed through our craft.
This individuality is an essential part of our standard of excellence.
Yes. All Wedding in Art. artworks are produced with inks that are free from animal-derived ingredients, solvent-free and low in emissions.
We deliberately work with a production laboratory that follows strict environmental standards at every stage, from pigment sourcing to the use of clean energy in certified facilities.
This allows us to combine visual excellence with ethical responsibility, without compromising colour depth, brilliance or longevity.
Yes. Our artworks mounted beneath acrylic glass are made with UV-stabilised materials that help protect against light-related fading.
The sealed construction also makes them resistant to typical indoor humidity. However, the surface is not scratch-proof and should be treated like a valuable glass object, with care and attention.
We recommend avoiding abrasive cloths and aggressive cleaning products to preserve the flawless brilliance for many years.
Wedding in Art. artworks are designed for long-lasting presentation in normal indoor conditions.
Because they are produced on high-quality photographic paper or fine art paper and sealed behind acrylic glass, we recommend not placing them permanently in humid environments such as bathrooms or directly above cooking surfaces.
For areas with regular steam or condensation, alternative formats such as metal-based prints may be a more suitable choice to preserve brilliance and quality over many years.
No. Your artwork is delivered without visible logos, barcodes or any other markings, both on the front and on the reverse side.
At Wedding in Art., we believe that nothing should distract from the emotional presence and aesthetic purity of your piece.
Every detail is designed to ensure a seamless, gallery-worthy presentation from every angle.
Yes. The Wedding in Art. gift card is the perfect gift, available in tiered values and optionally as a digital version or by post.
It gives your loved ones the freedom to create their own bespoke acrylic glass artwork from a moment that means everything to them.
Whether for an engagement, an anniversary or as a timeless gesture of love, it is more than a gift. It is the beginning of something made to last forever.
Every Wedding in Art. artwork is delivered ready to hang and prepared with a format-appropriate rear hanging system.
Depending on format and size, this may be a discreet single hanger, an aluminium rail system or, for Statement pieces, a surrounding rear rail system.
We deliberately avoid simple alternatives such as adhesive plates or plastic hooks, as they may compromise stability and visual appearance.
The result is a clean, floating wall presence without the need for additional accessories.
Due to its gallery-grade construction, every Wedding in Art. piece has a valuable physical presence, consisting of acrylic glass, a stable aluminium Dibond backing and a discreet rear hanging system.
Depending on format, size and acrylic glass configuration, the final weight is usually between 6 and 11 kilograms per square metre.
Despite this material strength, installation remains intuitive. Every artwork arrives ready to hang, with the appropriate rear system already pre-mounted.
For larger formats, we recommend installation by two people for greater precision and safe handling.
Yes. We welcome collaboration requests from professionals whose vision aligns with the spirit of Wedding in Art.
Whether photographer, stylist, content creator or wedding planner, we are open to partnerships that reflect our values of emotional depth, visual clarity and timeless storytelling.
If you are interested in working with us, please visit our dedicated collaboration page and share your concept with us.
It would be an honour to create something exceptional together.
Design details
For the best possible result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution JPG or PNG file in the sRGB colour space. Ideally, your image should have 300 dpi at the desired print size. The maximum file size is 50 MB.
If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, we will be happy to review it personally and advise you individually.
Yes. Many modern smartphone photos can be transformed into impressive gallery-quality artworks, especially for small to medium formats, provided that light, sharpness and compression are suitable.
High-quality camera images are still preferable, as they offer greater tonal depth, finer detail and more flexibility for larger formats.
If a smartphone image meets our composition and exposure standards, we refine it with atelier-grade SuperResolution AI upscaling and an UltraHD sharpening workflow for impressive print quality.
UltraHD sharpening is an exclusive refinement technology that optimises micro-contrast and edge precision, especially in fine structures such as hair, fabrics or delicate landscape details.
Unlike conventional sharpening filters, it works selectively and without visible artefacts, preserving the authentic character of your image while increasing its precision.
The result is a clearer, more dimensional print that appears almost lifelike when presented beneath acrylic glass.
SuperResolution is a highly precise AI technology that intelligently enlarges your image without losing structure, detail or tonal gradients.
It analyses patterns and textures to reconstruct missing image information, allowing even files with lower resolution to be brought into a remarkable quality for larger formats.
In combination with UltraHD sharpening, it creates an exceptionally clear, detailed print result, even when the original file has only a moderate size.
Yes. As part of our production workflow, each image is automatically fine-tuned with an atelier-level optimisation system for brightness, contrast and tonal balance, creating a vivid result in gallery quality.
The process is not invasive and preserves the character of your image. If your file already meets optimal conditions, the system recognises this and leaves it unchanged, because true refinement needs no unnecessary intervention.
Absolutely. We are happy to advise you on format, proportion and size, based not only on technical resolution but also on visual impact, room harmony and emotional expression.
Whether you are deciding between portrait and landscape format, considering a square format or unsure about the right dimension, our curatorial team will help you find the solution that brings your image to its strongest presence.
For special sizes or individual formats outside our standard options, please use our Bespoke form. At Wedding in Art., the right format is never just a technical decision. It is part of the story.
At Wedding in Art., we use two advanced printing processes, realised in collaboration with a globally leading photo atelier.
Depending on the artwork, we use either UltraHD exposure on professional silver halide paper or Fine Art pigment printing on museum-grade paper. Each process is selected for its sharpness, tonal depth and archival stability.
Formats up to 180 × 120 cm are created within our Bestseller Edition using UltraHD exposure. These works are produced in curated acrylic glass finishes, including glossy and matte options.
Large formats up to 290 × 180 cm are realised within the Fine Art pigment printing process as part of our Statement line, available behind either 2 mm glossy or 2 mm matte acrylic glass.
Glossy acrylic glass enhances brilliance, depth and the play of light, giving the artwork a more luminous gallery presence.
Matte acrylic glass feels calmer and reduces reflections, especially in bright rooms or softer interiors.
Both finishes are produced to the same high standard. The right choice depends on the image, the room and the atmosphere you want to create.
The edging is a slim aluminium finish that gives selected acrylic glass artworks a more defined silhouette.
It adds contour and architectural presence without overpowering the motif.
Depending on the artwork, it is available in black, white, silver or gold.
Yes. Every Wedding in Art. artwork is prepared by default with a format-appropriate rear hanging system.
If you would still like to receive your artwork without a hanging system, you can let us know when placing your order.
Simply use the note field in the cart or checkout and write that you would like the artwork without a rear hanging system. Alternatively, you can contact us directly after placing your order.
Please note that this does not change the final price, as the hanging system is part of our standard artwork preparation.
Yes. Black and white images are printed with special attention to tonal precision, depth and smooth gradations, creating rich blacks, soft transitions and a flawless neutral appearance without unwanted colour casts.
We do not automatically convert colour files into black and white, as monochrome photography should be intentionally created, not technically generated.
In most wedding galleries, photographers already provide selected black and white images. If this is the case, we refine them into luminous, timeless prints with the same archival quality as our colour works.
We do not alter or retouch your image during the production process, because what you send us is part of your personal story and deserves respect in its original form.
However, every motif is visually checked for sharpness, resolution and tonal range.
If we have concerns that could affect the final result, we will contact you before continuing.
At Wedding in Art., the goal is not to reinterpret your memory, but to preserve it in its most radiant and lasting form.
