For Germany, shipping costs are calculated by longest side and number of pieces. The final amount is shown at checkout.
What matters
Because every piece is made to order, shipping begins after production. Large formats, multiple pieces, individual review or aluminium edging may slightly influence preparation time.
Your piece is carefully protected and sent with tracking. If anything happens in transit, we will help with the next step.
Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email. A printed version in gift packaging can be added with postal delivery.

Within Germany, you should expect approximately 5 to 10 business days in total. This includes about 2 to 5 business days for production and quality review plus about 3 to 5 business days for shipping.
Yes. As soon as your piece leaves production, you receive shipping information with tracking.
At the moment, we regularly ship within Germany. For delivery outside Germany, contact us and we will review your request individually.
Selected aluminium edging may add a little extra preparation time. The usual timeline is intentionally written with a practical buffer.
Document any visible damage to the packaging or artwork with clear photographs and contact us. We will review the case carefully and help with the next step.
No. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please use a residential or business address so the shipment can be delivered securely and tracked.
