Atelier note
Because every piece is made to order, shipping begins after production. Large formats, multiple pieces, individual review or selected aluminium edging may slightly influence preparation time.

Your piece is carefully protected for shipping and sent with tracking. If anything happens in transit, we will help with the next step.
Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email. If you would like a printed Gift Card in gift packaging, postal delivery can be added separately.

Within Germany, you should expect approx. 5 to 10 business days in total. This includes approx. 2 to 5 business days for production and quality review plus approx. 3 to 5 business days for shipping.
Yes. As soon as your piece leaves production, you receive shipping information with tracking.
At the moment, we regularly ship within Germany. If you are interested in delivery outside Germany, contact us and we will review your request individually.
Selected aluminium edging may add a little extra preparation time. The usual timeline is intentionally written with a practical buffer.

No. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please use a residential or business address so the shipment can be delivered securely and tracked.
